Free Refunds and Exchanges !
Here at Mummy Looks Fab we want you to be completely satisfied with the experience of shopping with us! If for any reason you are unhappy with your selection, simply send it back to us in the original packaging - within 14 days of receipt of items, for a full refund or a free exchange. There will be a returns note in your parcel that you can use to document the return and by all means contact us if you have any queries.

If you wish to exchange the item you purchased for another one, we will be happy to send the new item free of charge for UK orders only. Also, please note, we can only offer a free exchange once, so if the exchange needs to be returned the cost for this will have to be covered by yourself.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any loss, mis-direction or damage to items that are returned for exchange or refund, so it is wise to obtain some form of “Proof of Postage” from the Royal Mail. Please DO NOT return anything using the Special Delivery or Next Day Delivery service as this incurs a much higher charge that we are unable to refund
If you wish to receive a refund we will be glad to credit you upon receipt of the returned item by us. Unfortunately we cannot refund your original shipping charge as postage is a direct cost to us but we will refund any postage costs incurred by you as a result of returning the item.
** Please note, if you paid postage as part of your original order, we will be happy to reimburse any postage costs incurred by you to return the items. If however your postage was free, then we cannot reimburse you for postage AND product as this can exceed your available refund amount.**
All items must still have the original tags and be unworn, however we would recommend buying two different sizes if you are unsure, and returning any that are unsuitable for immediate refund.
Finally, it is worth notifying us if you will not be able to return the item within fourteen days of receipt, but would still like a refund. Any items received after the stated period, that we have not been advised will be late, will be subject to a 10% handling fee
If an item is returned for refund later than 60 days after receipt, whether we are notified or not, it will not be elligable for refund, and can only be exchanged for another similarly priced item from available stocks.
