At Mummy Looks Fab we try to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Dispatch of your order takes place within 24 hours of receipt, making delivery between 2-5 days for UK customers and 4-10 days for Southern Ireland customers.
Every order will arrive wrapped in pink tissue paper with your delivery confirmation and a returns note. We do re-use the polythene bags that the clothes arrive to the UK in, but we know our customers appreciate these small acts of conscientiousness!
All orders require a signature on receipt, and can be tracked if they do not arrive as stated here. However, we automatically dispatch to the address saved on PayPal, so if you think this may be old or incorrect, or you would like the order to be sent somewhere else (perhaps if it is a gift?) please let us know ASAP!
Delivery to destinations within the UK is priced according to the following table:

Whilst every endeavour will be made to adhere to the suggested delivery performance above, in some instances delivery may be delayed. Any foreseeable delays will be stated on your order confirmation. Typical delays include addresses that require confirmation before we can ship, or payment made by e-cheque - we cannot ship until these clear.
If you require shipment overseas, please ensure you choose a destination from the drop down menu at checkout. We are happy to ship to any country, but as all our orders are tracked, this will incur a supplement depending on where the order is going.
Delivery to countries outside the UK incurs the following supplements in addition to the normal P&P charges:
